My car was still under its one year warranty when I put it in for a service and MOT and ended up costing me £400, however diane helped to get the cost down and gave me a curtesy car while mine was being fixed!

Reported a problem with wipers but not taken seriously. Terrible noise and getting worse. Have to bring it back again but no lift service available until March and then very limited.
Firstly the aerial was missing. replaced without cost. Report said both front tyres worn - incorrect, they were brand new. Wording appears to have been left from last service as it was identical. Both these caused unnecessary concern.
I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience and the car. The girls did good. They helped me have a better understanding of what was good for me, because I had no idea before I came to the shop.
