Diane at Sytner Sunningdale was superb. Her customer service was second to none. She kept me up to date on work and timing making sure everything was on time for me to collect my car at a certain time so I was on time for a client meeting. Superb.
The handover was at an exceptionally high standard both at presentation and clear and precise instructions and guidance of the cars features and controls.
THE TIMING WAS VERY QUICK AND DIANE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KEPT ME INFORMED AS TO PROGRESS.

I still feel that the tailgate is sticking a little. The initial problem of the 'Door Open' light coming on seems to have been solved.
Georgie was great to deal with, and Stefan (Business Manager) was really helpful. Another sales person also advised me to return my previous Mini because I could terminate the PCP, rather than having to pay a significant settlement figure.
When we took delivery it had not been cleaned very well and stank of cigarette smoke. The near side mirror didnt work and there was a gearbox fault which resulted in it having to be replaced.Out of 8 weeks of ownership we had only driven it for 4!

I am always satisfied with the service I receive at Sytner Sunningdale Service Department and have never come across any negativity. The only issue I ever feel could be improved is an out of hours car drop off and pick up like Vines Guildford

Check was carried out in just over an hour including a valet.
There were no issues with the purchase process. There were a few issues with marks on the paintwork upon delivery of the car but these have been dealt with quickly
Smooth transition, especially taking into consideration the adverse weather conditions at the time (snow). However the car did have some scratches on it which was not acceptable for a brand new car.
Georgina the sale exec is a star! From start to finish, it was clear she understood our requirements and truly went the extra mile to help when ever needed.

The loan car had not been cleaned at all but worst of all the - windows were very dirty making visibility poor. There were also empty drinks cans in the car. I had to wait another 45 mins for my car to be washed even though advised it was ready.

The service itself was fine but the quote that was received the following day regarding bodywork repairs was ridiculous. £1800 to fix a superficial scratch that had already been polished out!!!
