I asked for a minor issue to be fixed - tyre pressures. I was told directly twice that it had been fixed - but it clearly hadn't, and it took a whole morning of calls and another service booking before I fixed the issue - by putting air in the tyres

On the day of pick up I was made to feel special. The staff had taken the time to wrap up my car and undertook an unveiling with flowers. I have had a lot of top cars over the years and this was the first time I felt really good about my purchase.

As above. At the end of the visit I was advised the drive belt needed replacing & given an estimate for this rather than it being done while they had my car. The next day I found that Sytner had not reconnected the NSF brake wear sensor.
