James Dent, MINI Brand Manager
The man in charge – the ‘Alex Ferguson’ of the Sunningdale team, although at times the role is perhaps more like that of ‘Arkwright’ in ‘Open all hours’. I joined Sytner Sunningdale in 2007 and have quickly come realise what a pleasure it is to work for the UK’s premier car dealership group.
A resident of central London although a Yorkshireman at heart I have gradually become accustomed to the tropical climate of Southern England and its friendly residents since moving south in 2004. Trained as a farmer with a BSc in Agriculture one of my key specialist skills is driving combine harvesters - slightly different from a MINI!II look forward to seeing you soon.

I have been in the motor trade for almost 6 years now, 4 of which were at Citroen in Basingstoke and then a City Honda also in Basingstoke.
In my spare time I play too much Playstation 3 and watch too much TV!!
But apart from that I enjoy seeing my mates; I’m also a keen Formula 1 fan and love Top Gear. I also enjoy the yearly ski trip with the boys!
I enjoy working with the MINI range and love the fact that every car I sell is different in many ways. So I look forward to helping you create your very own unique mini adventure!

Hi I’m Phil, I've been at Sunningdale MINI in January 2006. Before my time with MINI I enjoyed two years with Ford retailing used cars.
Previous to that I did something completely different career wise - I served 8 years in the British Army as a Royal Engineer in an elite Parachute Unit ‘9 Parachute Squadron’. During this time I had the pleasure of deploying to some of the worlds troubled “hot spots” such as Northern Ireland, Afghanistan and Iraq.
When not at work (which isn’t that often) I enjoy playing golf with friends, and socialising with my fiancée and family.

My names Lucy the strawberry blonde one!
I started at Sunningdale MINI in October 2006 as a trainee and blossomed into a Sales Executive in the March. Before working in the world of MINI I wanted to go travelling but I have put this on hold for the time being.
When I’m not at work I love going to different places on holiday. I also love trying new foods, socialising with friends and shopping of course!!
