The dealership and the service centre were great and were apologectic of the problem with my new car. They were friendly and explained eveything clearly throughout.

Excellent services, all sales staff were very helpfull and knowledgeable, please to answer any questions. Not pushy, wanted to ensure that I was comfortable with choices and decisions I made. Strong communication and contact throughout the process.

Mini sunnigdale were superb. Very professional and helpful, without any hard selling. We agreed a trade in on the old car but the offer of a loan car enabled me to sell the car privately and remain mobile whilst waiting for the new car.

Dealt with Georgina Hume who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques but lots of advice on all the options and help in building the car to the right spec for us. Constant updates.

Matt was very helpful, listened to waht I wanted, made appropriate suggestions and was not at all pushy . The showroom has a rexlaxed feel where you can browse and touch the cars, which is better than other car dealerships

It is always nice to go to Sytner Sunningdale as the staff are always so pleasant.
There is a girl who I dealt with in servicing department, she was outstanding.

I had some issues getting a date, the sales team organised an appointment for me.
Took MINI in for failed sensor. When it came the service light was on oil light rear brake light , so its going back in again.
I am sorry that we were unable to look at your car when you came in. We do tend to have some time available each day for breakdowns such as your's. On this occasion we were fully committed therefore unable to resolve the problem immediately.With regard to the service lights,we are not able to re-set as we did not conduct the service.I do apologise for the inconvenience.
I put the car in for a health check advised £29.00 for this also a service, I was advised that this charge for the health check would be wavied due to only a visual check being done.
Thank you for your feedback. Having checked the history we have ascertained that the service light is indicating that the rear brake pads will require replacing in approximately 3500 miles. I can confirm that the Vehicle health check was carried out FOC.

I have been told that my boot catch is faulty, I have been waiting 10 days for a call.

I would have marked this completely satisfied if when I recieved the mini back after the service the whole of the inside wasn't covered in a film of brown dust, which in places was difficult to remove.
I do apologise for the poor attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the interior. I have asked my service manager to contact you and arrange a full valet free of charge. Thank you for bring this to my attention.
When they returned my car, they parked it on the drive as usual, but the next morning there was some oil on my drive.

I was disappointed that I still had to car keys when I was advised my driver was here to take me home. When I returned the service was improved.
heater fan blower failed during recent snow cold weather. dealers told me they would treat as an emergency booking as unable to demist back window. earliest they could book me in was 3 weeks . other than that the service booking and work was good
Top notch this time
The service team were extremely slow when I arrived with my car I waited for 10 minutes before being seen.
I had to chase up continually about my TLC pack due to your error putting the car under the incorrect reg number I have still not received an apology for my wasted time.
it gets very busy
although on one occasion the mechanic made an error which left me needing a tow truck generally the dealer has been good a t supporting me and tried hard to fix the issues
