I found the staff very approachable and keen to listen to what I wanted. They made buying the car fun The sale process had to be completed extremely quickly due to my travel commitments, they took the challenge on in their stride and with humour.
Very good but felt that some things were not explained properly, like gap insurance

Gina was great. She gave me exactly what I wanted in the car. Richard sorted the finance within minutes and I collected the car within 36 hours. Perfect. I love it. Very nice helpful people. Understood what I wanted needed.

Treated very well
Car was picked up and returned so I did not waste any time waiting for the car. The MOT was carried out and the car was cleaned. Extremely happy with the excellent service received.

It is always difficult to get through to the dealership on the telephone. The cost of the work is also expensive.
happy on collection good customer service. loved the cleaning facility. their updates did not solve the suspension noise. aftercare call disaappointing , explained problems and advisor said they'd arrange for a callback and they didnt.

Customer service was excellent however I had to call a few times myself to find out what was actually happening with my car as sometimes I wasn't kept in the loop

A1service cannot fault the service
I was greeted at the door by a friendly and efficient manager who showed me where to go and then it was only a short wait before a lovely lady took care of things. Everything was done as well as it could have been.
Car collected from home and delivered back post service. Great as it saved waiting for a service at the garage with a toddler and baby. Collection staff were courteous. Staff who phoned re service were also very helpful.
there was a slight communication problem but this was addressed . the car was not returned untill thursday when promised on wednesday but they provided a courtesy car for wednesday to cover this.
Everyone was delightful.
The experience at the dealership was fine.
