I ordered my car in early January and it had to be built from new so it did take quite some time to get to me (nearly 6 months), the date of arrival did change quite a lot which was slightly frustrating, but understandable.

My car was in for a recall and unfortunately, because of computer issues it was not completed the same day. However, due to the excellent service from Maya Longmire, I had the use of another vehicle to get me home. She also kept me well informed.

On return to pick up car Gary Dougherty went through mini health check details , info given on when tyres and back brakes might need going. He then got my car, parked it at front door with air con on. ( very hot day) Overall a very good experience

I had the date as 4 July but when I arrived it had been booked for 3 July. They still fitted me in on a wait for car basis. I should have checked date on check in text. However the 3rd was never an option so not sure if central booking team error.

Service was good, accept there was some confusion over when my car would arrive, I was told it was here and then it wasn't. I was also sent my invoice for payment before I knew what date I was picking up my car.
