Was seen to quickly and politely and dealt with by Will, really nice guy. Our car was diagnosed the same day and given a complete check over the following day. Unfortunately the repairs were extensive and would have cost more than the car was worth.

Did not receive video of visual inspection. Was told initially that MOT had failed 'on a few items' when it was just one tyre. Brakes identified as a problem, but weren't looked at and the service schedule wasn't updated. Car not cleaned.

I asked for the car to be cleaned - think they washed it with dirty oil or something - it's taken 3 hand washed at home and it's still not properly clean with smear marks still there. Also left with a tyre not pumped up. Poor attention and care taken

Inspection light was not reset after MOT and car was not washed. I specifically asked if the vehicle had been washed and was told yes but there may be water marks showing as the weather was hot however the car was definitely not washed so why lie?

It was difficult to book a day that was convenient within two weeks. I was shown a problem on the video but I was not offered a solution. I was told my car might be sent out to another local garage for its MOT. I could have done that myself!
