This is NO reflection on James Vogel, but more so on the delays with getting my phonecall to complete the finance questions (believe it was meant be Umar/James). Delayed getting car. Few issues making my payment aswell however sorted by James Vogel.

It was difficult to book a day that was convenient within two weeks. I was shown a problem on the video but I was not offered a solution. I was told my car might be sent out to another local garage for its MOT. I could have done that myself!

Booking was very easy Via the app, with pricing attached. There was a little glitch with the pricing but Maya sorted it out and agreed to carry out the work on the original quote. Over all extremely happy with the service from Sytner.
