I always kept in the loop re the new mini and felt I was given good information. James Downham was very helpful and the hand over was not rushed and took time in showing me the important facts on the mini.

Robyn Fowler was extremelly personable, she was incredibly tactful when dealing with certain aspects of my motability purchase, she never failed to answer any of my emails or phone calls, and there were a few!

We originally went to buy a used approved mini clubman and James Downham was so helpful even though we left without buying one . The next day we returned and ordered a brand new one this was due to James 's caring ,diligent attention and help .

The car itself took 6 months to arrive from first ordering it, but I was kept in contact throughout the journey of the build - which was brilliant. So communication was first rate.

I was extremely grateful to mini Sunningdale for letting me change my order, even when the car was almost ready for collection. They didn't make a fuss, just wanted me to be completely happy and placed a new order in a different colour & spec.

I was totally satisfied. It was always a pleasure to visit the showroom which was always bright and airy. I have to smile at the great big bow that was attached to my car when I picked it up. A nice touch - like going the extra mile.

Again,my car was delivered at 8.30am and work commenced at 3pm or later and returned at 5.45pm. I could have been using my car instead of it being parked up for 7 hours which was inconvenient and costly (trains and taxis). Syntner can do much better.

Whilst the service itself was good, the front of house was exceptionally poor. Finn appeared badly trained and the resultant interaction was very poor compared to previous visits. If a customer pickup waitine is in excess of 20 mins communicate that.

Very clear pricing and explanation for work. Also very thorough checks on all areas of the vehicle which I was initially worried wouldn't happen. Very impressed.

The service was well done. I was very disappointed with the car wash. Not very thorough. Alex, who dealt with us, was meant to send us an estimate for having the front suspension gaiters repaired. We haven't heard as yet.

It wasn't obvious that the Sytner service place was not the same as where the showroom where I bought the car was, so I turned up at the wrong place. This obviously happens regularly as the receptionist has a stack of pre printed address slips.

Customer service was excellent. However I asked for a breakdown of costs as the oil service was very expensive. £175 for 'parts' but no breakdown. Surely a gallon of oil and a filter doesn't cost £175. In fact, I know it doesn't. I expect a refund.
