All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. All queries were answered promptly by email or phone. Explanations of financing option were clear but not patronising. Efforts to locate the right car were appreciated.

Staff were very welcoming; I appreciated the courtesy call the day before informing me how to find the garage as I hadn't realised there was a second site; Working from the site was very pleasant and the WiFi was excellent.

Just the right amount of persuasion, honest answers to questions & sorted any issues out quickly & without fuss. One negative the V5C arrived with wrong title. I won't let that spoil an overall satisfactory experience
