Ascot garage were prompt and accommodating when I asked if the car could be ready for 1 pm. I only asked when I dropped the car off so wasn't expecting it to be ready but they were brilliant and it was all done before 1.

Incredibly quick and straightforward. While my MINI was being serviced at Ascot Sytner Group, I mentioned I was considering selling it. Chris Buss at Sytner Sunningdale took care of everything and within three days it was sold and collected.

Really pleased with my mini health check, but I came in as the tailgate release was not working with my foot. This was checked and all was ok. Since returning home it hasn't worked once which is frustrating.

Was seen to quickly and politely and dealt with by Will, really nice guy. Our car was diagnosed the same day and given a complete check over the following day. Unfortunately the repairs were extensive and would have cost more than the car was worth.

Did not receive video of visual inspection. Was told initially that MOT had failed 'on a few items' when it was just one tyre. Brakes identified as a problem, but weren't looked at and the service schedule wasn't updated. Car not cleaned.
