I ordered the car with a heated windscreen and also paid for the Mini car eye as part of the purchase price. On delivery I was told that the car eye couldn't be fitted as I had a heated windscreen. If I had known this I would have chosen differently.

Whilst the car was there they advised me that the brake pads needed replacing. This was a surprise as I had only done 2000 miles. They contacted Slough only to be told that the car was delivered in accordance with company policy for approved minis.

The sales executive, Blossom Penfold, was very helpful. I went out for a test drive with her and as I had never driven an automatic before, she took the time to explain things clearly. She also went out with me in the car when I collected it.

2 days after its last service the oil light came on and I had to take it straight into the nearest garage. This time a noise coming from the back speaker. I was charged for this but it was the stereo unit. Noone has contacted me re a replacement.
