I was given a quote over the phone and when I dropped the car off. The sales people were all telling me I was under quoted when eventually it come in just under the original quote. They also struggled to find my booking.

A confirmed courtesy car was not available. Although a problem with the radio/satnav software was identified when the car was left, the update could not be planned in and the car has had to be left again today.

I have no reason to criticise any aspect . The staff were friendly and informative . The waiting area is excellent and I was kept fully informed of the progress of my car . Great service

Sometimes a little frustrating that you van't Just drop key off and then have to wait to see someone at the pick up time. Always helpful but I feel a little OTT.

good communication before and after the service to let me know it was done, can be difficult to get through to the service team when you're trying to book an appointment or need to call with questions though.

The car was returned with the clock wrong (presumably as the battery was disconnected) and the central display has developed a fault whereby is turning itself off and on continuously - not happy at all.

It was in for a recall & I asked if the tyre pressures could be checked. Having driven away, I realised this had not been done, as the car did not need to be "reset". When I rang I was told it had been done! I then had to return the following day

I was originally told that I could wait for an hour and a half for the service but when I got to the garage at 0930 I was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 3 pm the earliest. Hence I had to make my own way home to Shepperton by train and bus.
