I asked for a courtesy car and the car I received, although new, was very poorly presented - lots of dirt in the footwells, empty plastic bottle on passenger seat and also, a large sticky mark on the passenger seat

Front of house fantastic. My car went in for a service. The car was washed and valet but it was not more superficial wash/valet.. I can do a better job of valet/wash myself!

I was disappointed that the car was not finished to the standard I (or the salesman) expected for a new car purchase. That said, I was very pleased that the salesman owned the issue and offered to have the car fully re-valeted at a time to suit me.

I was told the checkup would only take one hour and so I waited, however it took over 1.5 hours. I also noticed you did not pick up on the rear fog light failure notification on the dashboard.

Work completed quicker than expected, including wash and vacuum. Asked to check wiper blades and tyres - gave an honest answer, which meant neither needed replacing, rather than trying to make extra work/money.

Initially v disappointed having dropped off the car run back home and delivery of vehicle after the service +MOT not option. However ordered taxi their expense and Diane returned the car. Vehicle returned with mark on door dealt with prompt next day
